Dr. Yael Teff-Seker

Yael Teff-Seker has a Ph.D. in Conflict Studies from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. She has been a member of the Israel Marine Plan team at the Technion since 2014 and researched the subject of marine policy at the University of Haifa. Today, she is a post-doctoral fellow researching cultural ecosystem services at the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning at the Technion.
