Recent Arava Institute Researcher Tamee Albrecht has published an article on the Johns Hopkins Water Institute website outlining some challenges and points of collaboration in Israeli and Palestinian water management solutions. The article sites the Center for Trans-boundary Water Management’s (CTWM) Hebron/Besor Cross-Border Stream Restoration project.
