Please join the Friends of the Arava Institute at 7:00pm March 6th at the Germantown Jewish Centre. Dr. Baskin will discuss his views on the possibility of peace and his new book “The Negotiator: Freeing Gilad Shalit from Hamas.”
Dr. Baskin is well known for facilitating the release of Israeli soldier, Gilad Shalit. He is a leading Israeli scholar and peace activist, who serves as an advisor for the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.
Dr. Baskin will be available prior to the discussion for a book signing.
Proceeds from the evening will support the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies.
